Age Restrictions
You must be 18 or older to place an order from Superior Weapons SystemsTM. Always make sure to
check local, state, and federal laws for any other regulations that may apply to you, because some
products we sell require you to be\ age 21 or older to possess.
Authorized Payment Methods
Our authorized payment methods include ACH, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover,
MasterCard, PayPal, Venmo, and Visa. We do not accept payments over the phone at any time. You
must pay through a secure online QuickBooks Payments Invoice sent by email or on our website
through our secure checkout system.

QuickBooks Payments Invoice – This payment method is not integrated for website checkout
orders. If you wish to utilize a QuickBooks Payments Invoice, please select that option during the
checkout process and submit your order. Your order will subsequently be placed on hold, and a
QuickBooks Payments invoice will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Once we
have verified that your payment has been received in full, we will proceed with processing your
order.
Backorders & Pre-Orders
We do not accept back-orders or pre-orders for any products under most circumstances. However,
we do make exceptions to this policy depending on the lead time, product, and the type of
purchase. Please contact us if interested in placing a back-order or pre-order.
Billing & Shipping Address
All orders submitted through our website are required to have matching billing and shipping
addresses. The sole exception to this policy pertains to transferable items, which must be shipped
and transferred to a valid Federal Firearm Licensee (FFL).
Cancellations will be accepted Soley if the order has not yet been processed for shipment. It is
important to note that this may not necessarily occur before a tracking number is generated.
Numerous items are sourced from our various vendors, which employ automated order processing
systems. Once this processing has commenced, the order is considered finalized for shipment and
cannot be cancelled.
If an order cancellation is approved, the customer will be refunded the total purchase price minus a
10% restocking fee. No Exceptions.
Customer Accounts
All customer accounts will undergo verification prior to approval. Accounts that remain inactive for
a duration of six months will be deactivated and subsequently removed from our system.
Customer Service
Should you experience any issues with your order, the checkout procedure, or have any general
inquiries, please reach out to our customer service team via our Contact page.
It is important to note that if you choose to communicate with us through email or phone in a
disrespectful or rude manner, we will not respond. Furthermore, if disrespectful behavior occurs
during a conversation, we will terminate the discussion and cease all future communications with
you. Additionally, you will be prohibited from all forms of communication with us.
Discount Codes/Promotions/Sales
Discount codes, promotions, and sales are valid solely during the specified period in which they are
available. We do not recognize retroactive sales for promotions that have lapsed. If an item is
purchased outside of the designated promotional period, we will not apply the sale prices
retroactively. Furthermore, discount codes may not be combined discounted items, other discount
codes, product launches, promotions, or sales unless explicitly indicated by Superior Weapons
SystemsTM.
E-Commerce Only/No Storefront
Superior Weapons SystemsTM does not operate as a public retail establishment. Face-To-Face sales
or transfers are not available as we function exclusively as an e-commerce manufacturer. All
firearms subject to Federal transfer laws and regulations will ship to a valid Federal Firearms
Licensee (FFL). All other products that are not subject to transfer laws and regulations will be
shipped directly to the individual customer.
FFL TRANSFERS
All sales of firearms are considered final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any firearm
purchased through Superior Weapons SystemsTM
Checkout – All customers placing firearm(s) orders must use the receiving FFL premise address as
stated on their FFL for the shipping address at checkout. All firearm(s) purchases must ship to an
FFL in the customer’s state of residence. We DO NOT provide face-to-face transfers, and we DO
NOT accept incoming transfers for customers under any circumstances. There are no exceptions
to this policy.
Title I Firearms – For orders containing Title I firearms, the receiving FFL license must be emailed to
sales@sws-llc.net including the ORDER# in the title of the email. Superior Weapons SystemsTM will
not process any Title I firearms orders until we receive a copy of the receiving FFL license. There are
no exceptions to this policy.
Title II Firearms – For orders containing Title II firearms, the receiving FFL and SOT license must be
emailed to sales@sws-llc.net including the ORDER# in the title of the email. Superior Weapons
SystemsTM will not process any Title II firearm orders until we receive a copy of the receiving FFL and
SOT licenses. It is the customer’s duty to verify that the FFL\SOT possesses a valid BATFE and
facilitates the transfer of the item. After Superior Weapons SystemsTM submits the Eform 3, the
approval process will take an undetermined period. Upon approval, the item will be shipped to the
designated FFL\SOT, and the customer will receive tracking information, consistent with our
standard order procedures. There are no exceptions to this policy.
The receiving FFL is responsible for conducting all necessary paperwork and background checks
before transferring firearms to you. Superior Weapons SystemsTM disclaims any responsibility or
liability for complications that may arise from federally mandated background checks.
Certain firearms available on our website may be subject to restrictions in your city and/or state. It
is your obligation to confirm the legality of any firearms you intend to purchase before placing an
order. Should you have any inquiries regarding local, state, or federal restrictions on a firearm you
wish to buy, please consult your local FFL prior to ordering.
All new firearms are shipped in their original packaging, complete with magazine(s), accessories,
and applicable warranty. For any technical inquiries or warranty concerns, please contact us
directly. Firearms requiring warranty service must be returned to us within the timeframe specified
from the date of purchase.
Firearm orders that are cancelled prior to shipment due to the legality of owning it will incur a
20% fee that will be deducted from you r refund. No Exceptions.
Firearm orders that are returned by your FFL for any reason will incur a 25% restocking fee
plus return shipping fees that will be deducted from you refund. No Exceptions.
Superior Weapons SystemsTM will not ship firearms to California or any state where it is illegal
to own or possess firearms. If a placed order has a shipping address that is in any of the above
listed locations, the order will be cancelled, and the customer will be refunded the total
purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. No Exceptions.

any restricted areas***
FRAUDULANT PURCHASES
Superior Weapons SystemsTM reserves the right to decline transactions from any individual or
organization that we suspect may be engaging in fraudulent activity. This policy encompasses, but
is not limited to, items such as lasers, night vision devices, optics, and thermal equipment. Upon
receiving an order that raises potential fraud concerns, we will promptly reach out to the customer
to verify their identity as the legitimate purchaser. We require this communication to occur before
5:30 PM CT on the day of the transaction, or by the following calendar day if the order was placed
after the specified cutoff time.
If we are unable to reach the customer by 5:30 PM CT on the date of purchase, or by the following
calendar day if the purchase occurred after the cutoff time, the order will be cancelled, and the
payment transaction will be rendered VOID. No Exceptions.
GARAGE SALE
All items featured in our Garage Sale are categorized as either factory new, factory new without
original packaging, or used. Many of the products included in our Garage Sale were utilized for
marketing purposes and have either never been used or have seen minimal use.
Please be advised that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any items acquired through our
Garage Sale. All purchases made in this section are considered final.
LAYAWAY
Superior Weapons SystemsTM presently does not provide any layaway plans. However, we do offer a
Buy Now Pay Later option through Sezzle for our customers.
LEGALITY
You acknowledge that any products acquired from Superior Weapons SystemsTM will be utilized
solely for lawful purposes. You affirm your understanding of all applicable local, state, and federal
laws and regulations related to the products you are purchasing. By acquiring and possessing these
items, you commit to adhering to all such laws and regulations.
You further agree that any assembly, manufacturing, or modification of firearms or any other
products, utilizing accessories, components, parts, or any other items and regulatory standards set
forth by local, state and federal laws. Additionally, you confirm that by engaging in the assembly,
manufacturing, or modification of any product purchased from Superior Weapons SystemsTM or any
other product using items obtained from Superior Weapons SystemsTM, you will comply with all
relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations. You agree to adhere to all relevant local,
state, and federal laws and regulations established by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms,
and Explosives (BATFE), the Gun Control Act (GCA), and the Natonal Firearms Act (NFA). It is
advisable to consult with your local authorities and/or BATFE prior to undertaking any builds or
modifications, as certain activities may require special local, state, and federal licensing,
permission, and/or registration before, during, and/or after such actions.
You agree not to hold Superior Weapons SystemsTM responsible for any legal repercussions arising
from willful disregard or lack of awareness of these local, state, and federal regulations and laws.
Superior Weapons SystemsTM will make reasonable efforts to inform customers about the legalities
associated with each product and will refrain from selling and/or shipping items where prohibited.
Nonetheless, you accept that the ultimate responsibility lies with you, the customer.
LIABILITY
Superior Weapons SystemsTM disclaims any responsibility for injuries or damages resulting from the
improper use or misuse of products acquired from Superior Weapons SystemsTM. You acknowledge
that you will not hold Superior Weapons SystemsTM accountable for any harm arising from improper
use, installation, maintenance, or modifications carried out by yourself or any other party. It is
advised that you seek the expertise of a qualified gunsmith prior to undertaking any installation,
maintenance, or modifications on products obtained from Superior Weapons SystemsTM.
MAGAZINE RESTRICTIONS
Superior Weapons SystemsTM will refrain from shipping restricted magazines to any area where such
restrictions are enforced. It is imperative that you confirm the legality of any magazine you intend to
order before finalizing your purchase. Should you have any inquiries regarding local or state
regulations pertaining to a magazine you wish to acquire, please consult your local FFL prior to
placing an order. For your reference, a list of locations with magazine restrictions is provided below.

Superior Weapons SystemsTM will not ship magazines that are restricted in the above
locations. If a placed order has a shipping address that is in any of the above listed locations,
the order will be cancelled, and the customer will be refunded the total purchase price munus
a 10% fee. No Exceptions.

ONLINE DESCRIPTION & PRICING ERRORS
Our online inventory is updated several times each hour. There may be instances where an item is
mistakenly listed on our website, or where the description may contain typographical errors, or the
pricing may be inaccurate. We do not assure that the descriptions, images, prices, or titles in our
online inventory are free from errors. We reserve the right to decline any order, including but not
limited to hose involving inaccuracies in description or pricing. If we cancel an order, we will refund
any payments made by the customer.
Should a product description contain an error, such as an incorrect accessory, description, image,
or price, and a customer places an order while we are aware of the error, we will not proceed with
the order without first reaching out to the customer. If an order is inadvertently shipped, we may
request that the customer return the item in unopened condition, and we will refund any payments
made. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that Superior Weapons SystemsTM will have
the final authority regarding any discrepancies in our online catalog.
ORDER FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING
Our order processing team is diligently working to expedite the fulfillment of your orders. All orders
are shipped from our in-store inventory or warehouse via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Tracking numbers
are provided for all shipped items. Please note that orders may take up to 10 business days or
longer to ship after placement, as certain manufacturers impose restrictions on drop shipping. We
will not respond to inquiries regarding the shipping status of an order until at least 10 business days
have elapsed since the order was placed.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on any shopping cart total of 300 or more, after applicable discount
codes, for shipping addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. For shipping addresses in
Alaska and Hawaii, a Flat Rate Shipping fee of 39.99 applies per order, irrespective of the total cost,
size, or weight.
We do not guarantee shipping transit times. Once the order is shipped, the shipping provider
assumes responsibility. Any questions or concerns regarding delays or routing during transit should

PROHIBITED SHIPPING ADDRESSES
We do not accept orders from or ship to the following locations:
• Any address outside of the 50 United States borders
• APO/DPO/FPO Addresses

RESTRICTED ORDERS
Restricted products are exclusively available to Active Duty Federal, Law Enforcement, and Military
Agencies. Prior to placing an order, it is required to contact us at sales@sws-llc.net . We will not
process orders for Restricted products from any entity or individual that does not fulfill our
purchasing criteria.
Returns
We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Exceptions to this policy apply in cases where the product received differs from the purchased SKU.
In such instances, you are required to contact us within 7 calendar days from the delivery date,
providing all relevant information. Should a return be authorized, the item must be in factory new
condition, it its original packaging, and include all accessories. Returns that do not comply with this
policy will not be accepted.
Secure Transmission
All data gathered during the checkout process is transmitted using the industry-standard Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) with 128-bit encryption. The SSL Certificate establishes a secure, encrypted
connection between a website and the web browser of the visitor. This connection guarantees that
all information exchanged between the website, and the browser is kept confidential and secure.
STORE CREDIT
We sell Store Credit as a digital currency that can be utilized for any purchase on our website.
Additionally, customers have the option to purchase store credit as a gift for others. Store credit can
be purchased in amounts of $25, $50, $100, $200, or $250.
The email address entered during checkout is the sole authorized email for redeeming the store
credit, which also applies to the email used for gifting. Please note that all store credit codes will
expire one year from the date of issuance.
WEBSITE DISCLAIMER
